    Drink 1 Valentus Prevail SlimROAST first thing in the morning, 15-30 minutes before your breakfast. Avoid adding traditional dairy or sugar. If desired, substitute with almond or coconut milk and sweeten with stevia or guava extract. If you experience sensitivity to the naturally-occurring caffeine, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet and gradually increase in the following days and weeks.

    2. Drink one TRIM before dinner

    Drink 1 Valentus prevail TRIM in the late afternoon, 30-60 minutes before evening meal. If you experience sensitivity to the natural ingredients, simply start by using 1/3 to 1/2 a packet and gradually increase in the following days and weeks.

    3. Drink one IMMUNE before bedtime
